Payments

Perfect Imagez Boutique uses PayPal to process all orders. We accept all forms of payments accepted by PayPal. For faster checkout, we recommend registering for a free account with PayPal, however, you may choose to checkout as a guest using a credit card or debit card. There is a 7% sales tax that is charges to all customers


Order Changes/Cancellations

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Any changes or cancellations of orders must be received within 24 hours of order confirmation via email. If an order was placed on the weekend/holiday please contact customer service the following business day. Once shipping confirmation has been sent, request for changes and/or cancellations cannot be honored.


Returns/Exchange Policy

We do not accept items for a full refund; however, you may exchange items within 5 business days. Any merchandise returned to Perfect Imagez Boutique must be unused, unworn, and tags attached to be eligible for store exchange. Any items found to be used (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, pet stains, rips/tears) will not be eligible for store exchange. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item that you ordered please allow us the opportunity to correct it by using theĀ Contact form to notify us.


Shipping

Currently we only ship within the United States. Perfect Imagez Boutique ships all items from Byram, Ms using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (3-5 days) at a rate of $5.95 or $9.95, depending on the item. If ordering more than one item, there is an additional $1.50 shipping charged for each additional item We also offer free pick-up for customers in the Jackson, Ms and surrounding areas. Customer will be able to choose their deliver or pick-up option during checkout.

All merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days of order completion/receipt of payment. If you do not receive an email confirming shipment within 1-3 business days, please contact customer service via the Contact form.

All in stock orders should arrive to you within arrive within 3-5 business days after processing Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens we will contact you via email giving you the option to select another item.

  • Please note: Perfect Imagez Boutique is not responsible for any packages lost ot stolen. When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect information. The USPS provides free $50 insurance on all packages mailed using Priority Mail service. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact customer service by using the Contact form.
