We do not accept items for a full refund;however you may exchange items within 5 business days. Any merchandise returned to Perfect Imagez Boutique must be unused, unworn, and tags attached to eligible for store exchange. Any items found to be used (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, pet stains, rips/tears) will not be eligible for store exchange. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item that you ordered please allow us the opportunity to correct it by using the Contact form to notify us.

Once an order is receives, it is processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days.
