- We do not accept items for a full refund;however you may exchange items within 5 business days. Any merchandise returned to Perfect Imagez Boutique must be unused, unworn, and tags attached to eligible for store exchange. Any items found to be used (i.e. deodorant stains, sweat stains, pet stains, rips/tears) will not be eligible for store exchange. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Once an order is receives, it is processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 business days.
